Mission: From a Christian foundation, Circle Family Care improves the quality of life of the underserved African American and Hispanic residents of Chicago's westside by providing an array of whole-person medical, behavioral, social, and educational services.

Services: Through three convenient Westside locations (listed below), Circle Family Care Health services division providers are mending broken lives as well as align bodies. Health services division programs provide full medical care including:

Mission: To assist in the prevention of infectious diseases, especially HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted diseases, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis; to help people get tested and treated for these diseases and to conduct public health research.

Services:

  • Street-based community outreach providing education, risk assessment
  • Distribution of prevention materials
  • HIV counseling
  • HIV/AIDs testing
  • Case management for individuals who are HIV positive
  • Referrals to drug treatment centers/social services agencies

Mission: Our programs are directed toward providing developmental services for Youth and adults living in the mid-Austin area. We work with young people between the ages of of 5 and 21.
