Mission: From a Christian foundation,
Circle Family Care improves the quality of life of the underserved
African American and Hispanic residents of Chicago's westside by
providing an array of whole-person medical, behavioral, social,
and educational services.
Services: Through three convenient
Westside locations (listed below), Circle Family Care Health services
division providers are mending broken lives as well as align bodies.
Health services division programs provide full medical care including:

Mission: To assist in the prevention
of infectious diseases, especially HIV/AIDS, other sexually transmitted
diseases, Hepatitis and Tuberculosis; to help people get tested
and treated for these diseases and to conduct public health research.
